Merry Christmas from the Agenbroads! We hope this season finds you enjoying special times with friends and family wherever you are and that you are able to take the time to reflect on why we celebrate. For our family it has been a wild last couple of months. After our summer away, working in Cyprus, we knew that God wanted us to make our “Home” here in Boise for the for next several years. Our hopes and dreams were that one day, in the future, we might be able to purchase a house to make our own. Well, God must have been eves-dropping on our hopes and dreams because on Nov 21st, we received the keys to our very first house! There’s not enough space here to tell about how many doors God opened for us in this process, but let’s just say that His faithfulness and provision for us was working overtime. After many hours of cleaning and painting, with tons of help from Tim’s family and our YWAM friends, we moved into our house last weekend. It’s going to take some time for all the dust to settle but we are very thankful to have a place to call home after several years of moving around. One of the amazing things about our place, is that it comes with a partially converted garage, at the back of the property, that we plan to finish and make into 2 bedroom rental. We have been in contact with a local group whose focus is on finding short term housing for refugees when they enter Idaho. There is a desperate need for this type of housing in the area and we would love to be able to use this space to welcome new families and help them get settled in Boise. Not only that, but this would also provide us with amazing ministry opportunities right in our own backyard…literally. In the midst of everything else, Tim was working a busy seasonal job in a warehouse to help pay the bills that are headed our way and has plans, in the new year, to take on a handful of music students to teach from home. He is also a very proficient interior painter, so please keep him in mind if you know someone who could use his services in either of these areas. Ministry with YWAM is still our primary focus, but these will be ways to supplement our support income, which has been well below target in recent months. Eliza has been enjoying teaching and building relationships with the refugee mothers at the ELS class where she has been volunteering. She is looking forward to finding other ways to connect more with these women in the new year outside of class, but we have already seen how much these classes have helped the mothers develop their English and feel more apart of the community here in Boise. Eva continues to grow and develop her personality, learning new things all the time (this week she learned how to say "lights" while staring at our Christmas tree). She loves playing in the snow and spending time with her Grandparents, and is a joy to everyone she meets. We are entering this holiday season with many things to be thankful for and anticipate the good things that God has for us in the new year. Would you continue to pray for us as we pursue His plans for us this year? There is quite a lot to be done with the rental house to make it ready (construction, permits, and the costs involved) but we believe that God will continue to provide a way for us to make this place a home for many who need a welcoming place to stay. May you know the blessing of this special season as we celebrate God's greatest Gift, our Savior, and His Son. Love and Peace,

Tim, Eliza & Eva
